Prelude School of Music is based in the City Buildings on Old Hall Street in Liverpool. Just a two-minute walk away from Moorfields train station, Prelude offers a prime city-centre location for music lessons.
All our lessons are tailored to your indiviudal needs - regardless of age, ability, or whether or not you have played before. Many of our students are differently abled, and we also cater to many students in the LGBTQ+ community.
The school aims to encourage not only outstanding learning and practice techniques in our students, but also provides the opportunity to perform, which is an integral part of learning how to play and present music, which builds confidence and shows progress.
Our teachers hold a total of over thirty years experience between them, with most of them holding degrees at Masters level in either music or teaching.
Currently we offer Singing, Piano, Guitar, Bass Guitar, Woodwind and Music Theory lessons on a one-to-one basis, but we hope to expand to workshops and master classes in the future.
Whether you want to learn to play piano for fun or to follow a piano examination route at Enact Music you will learn how to appropriately use your body to play piano using a comfortable and healthy technique.
