I’ll teach you the art of making sweet or savory pies-starting with the Butter crust. In the 2nd part of my class, You’ll learn pie. It’s a fun class for you and your friends and making some new ones as well.
Here is what will happen:
Learning how to make a Butter Crust for the 8″ Apple Pie you’ll make and (take & bake at home) along with your recipe to take as well.
One Rolling Pin for you to use in the class which is my gift to you and for your use for future pie baking days ahead in your very own kitchen.
A Farmhouse Style Lunch is served with my Vegetarian Farmhouse Style Sweet & Savory Tart along with a delicious Farmhouse Style Salad.

You’re going to come away from this class with new tools to make beautiful crusts and delicious pies for your team family. It takes time to make a good tasting pie. So, I want you to come here without pressure on yourself to perform. It’s not how I work. I love to teach this class and other classes with pies etc.
Heather's Pies are homemade baked fresh from scratch using Organic fruits. All of Heather's Pies are made to order and never pre-made or frozen.
Cake Baking and Decoration Class is offered by BCakeNY. Celebrate with friends near and far, we will work with you and customize & curate an amazing experience.
Candy Apple class is offered by Cake Depot. Learn how to make the perfect candy apples from start to finish.
During this comprehensive class we will learn to make 3 different recipes which will vary with the season Some of our favorites include guava-filled pastries that are perfect for breakfast or to have with coffee, tres leches cake with its rich and creamy texture; and arroz con leche.
Learn how to make American buttercream, Swiss buttercream, and chocolate fudge frosting. Delicious! Students will receive cupcakes to frost and take home.
Bread Making class is offered by Silver Whisk Cooking. Our Chefs deliver a highly-engaged and interactive cooking experience. We are trained experts who like to have fun on the job.
