With classes limited to no more than 15 people, you will enjoy the benefits of one-on-one interaction with Jess as she strives to ensure you are completing the exercises effectively. Her interactive teaching style combines conversation and laughter with balancing the body and mind.

Inspired by calisthenics, yoga and ballet, Pilates lengthens, strengthens and stretches all the major muscles in the body. It improves flexibility, strength, balance and overall body awareness.
