Course Details

Pilates is an essential component of training for any dancer who wants to build their strength and flexibility. Our mat-work combinations help to lengthen the muscles and improve flexibility, increase strength and conditioning.

We have developed our Pilates program to specifically target and activate deep core muscles for dancers to maintain heathy and well-functioning joints etc. This is a fantastic class for students to look after and understand their bodies.

  • Abby has been teaching acrobatics/gymnastics for 9 years. She trained competitive high level gymnastics competing in state championship competitions. She has worked along side Olympic gymnastics coaches, Russian circus performers in the Moscow circus and many other well known coaches/teachers in the industry. She takes pride in coaching athletes to first places winners. Abby had for first dance comp at 5 years old then later went off to explore circus, singing, drama and gymnastics. She has been working back in the dance world for 2 years teaching jazz and acrobatics. She has also been training stunt doubling for stage shows for Disney. She has been gaining accreditation’s since 16 years old and is now very well skilled in the industry. This includes working with special needs children. She has a strong passion for acrobatics and tumbling and is very excited to be joining our team in 2021!
