During the initial consultation, we’ll identify your problems and goals. We’ll tailor your sessions to target your individual needs, utilising a full complement of equipment and exercises of the Pilates method.
PilatesLessons are offered by Dance & Art Centre for all ages and abilities. Dance, the movement of the body in a rhythmic way for the purpose of releasing energy, expressing an idea or emotion or simply taking enchantment in the movement itself.
In Pilates we will integrate low impact flexibility with muscular strength and endurance exercises. This will improve your postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
