Shake what yo' momma gave you. In our twerk technique class you will learn how to pop, drop, dance, shake your booty & more!Whether you're a first-time twerkers, a casual drop in or twerk-obsessed, this class is for you.
This class will focus on nailing your handstands, incredible balancing moves and generally improve your all over flexibility, coordination and strength.This class is open to all levels.
Pilates is the perfect class to emphasize postural alignment, activate the deep core muscles, and work on mind-body connections. It's a great way to increase muscle tone, strength, flexibility, and mobility.
Isolation getting you a bit tense? Relax and unwind with Sydney Pole! This is a gentle stretch class aimed at keeping your body relaxed and your mind quiet all while getting a great gentle stretch.
The foundational elements of pole dance – tricks, combinations and dance flow. With a weekly 1 hour class session each week, it’s the best starting point to build your confidence, master new skills and participate in a whole new world.
