Pilates is the perfect class to emphasize postural alignment, activate the deep core muscles, and work on mind-body connections. It's a great way to increase muscle tone, strength, flexibility, and mobility.
This class will focus on nailing your handstands, incredible balancing moves and generally improve your all over flexibility, coordination and strength.This class is open to all levels.
