Dancenorth’s Still Dancing classes are for those who prefer taking a little more time to move. Initial exercises prepare participants thoroughly and efficiently for full and flowing movement sequences, with a diverse soundtrack spanning abstract and popular music.
Stretch class at Beach Fit Dance can help you with all of these! Beach Fit offers dance fun, friendly classes for both adults and kids of all skill levels.
