It’s part-ballet, part-pilates and 100% physical. A fantastic complimentary class for any ballet or dance student, this class offers ballet based floor exercises designed to improve flexibility, strength and stamina.
If a student feels weaker in some areas this is the perfect class to overcome specific challenges. Students will work muscles not always activated in a classical ballet class that will improve their experience with dance.

Dance Fit is a 45 min class that will leave you energized, pumped and wanting to move more – that’s how we were designed to start with, right? None of us was meant to sit for long periods of time, we are supposed to get out there and explore, hunt and live!
Strengthening, stretching and dance technique will be the focus of these classes. Dance education and research is proving specialist equipment and exercise can be used to enhance dancers technique.
A high intensity cardio and resistance workout combining ballet elements and dance tracks. An all over body workout focusing on your legs and bum. If you survive the class you are almost guaranteed to leave cuter than when you arrived!
