Class sizes are kept to a maximum of 15 students to provide the best possible learning environment and individual monitoring & attention.
Many exercises remain the same to the original, many new exercises have been added and many variations now allow for injury rehabilitation and creativity by the instructor.
Pilates Pro is an exercise recommended to dancers because it builds long, lean muscles, and also improves strength and focus. Introduced by Joseph Pilates in the early 1920s, this exercise focuses on improving many parts of the body using various techniques.
