Pilates is an exercise method founded by Joseph Pilates. This low-impact full-body workout will help you improve your posture, flexibility, core strength and muscle tone. This mat class is suitable for all ages. There is no pre-requirement to join this class, modifications will be done by instructor based on individual need.

The Dance Place was founded in 2019 by Emma Hayes-Hudson, Emmanuelle Grizot and Sun Yining. TDP aims to make dance accessible to everyone.

At TDP, we understand the importance of involving different training methods, adapting to each student’s level and development needs; allowing them to become the best dancer they can be in a hard-working and positive environment.
