This mat class is suitable for all ages. There is no pre-requirement to join this class, modifications will be done by instructor based on individual need.
The Dance Place was founded in 2019 by Emma Hayes-Hudson, Emmanuelle Grizot and Sun Yining. TDP aims to make dance accessible to everyone.

The Dance Place at Forum, Orchard Road is a dance school in Singapore. We offer dance classes for kids and adults in Ballet, Contemporary Dance, Flexibility & Movement, Floor Barre, Hip Hop, Jazz Dance, K-Pop, Musical Theatre, Performance Skills, Song & Dance, Street Dance and Tap. We also offer adult dance fitness and exercise classes in Bollywood Dance Fitness, Pilates Stretch & Tone and Yoga.
TDP class levels are advised by age, as well as ability and experience. We will always arrange a complimentary Trial Class beforehand to make sure that each student is placed in the correct class and level. TDP Elite Performance classes are by invitation only. Students in these classes are expected to attend a certain number of classes per week and also hold a level of commitment to the classes and performances.
Pilates focuses on quality over quantity so instead of repeating the same move over and over again,it just requires the person to do the move with precision.
