Matthew has a career spanning over 30 years from supplier through to client. Gaining key skills from his experiences in areas such as leadership, customer experience, sales and project delivery.
Early in his career Matthew undertook high profile projects in the roles of Project Manager and Project Director. He has held leadership roles with board responsibility as Operations Director and Managing Director. This coupled with strong entrepreneurial drive derived from starting and owning businesses.
Mostly from a service, property and construction background, where he is chartered, but also with experience in product, commerce and retail environments, Matthew has gained a skill-set aimed at delivery and client satisfaction.
Keen to share his knowledge and experience, Matthew delivers training courses aimed to helping others excel and build confidence in their key areas. Not limited by sector or previous experience, participants can increase their skills and confidence by attending one of Matthew’s training courses and ongoing coaching.
