Pizza and Prosecco

We show you how to make and knead a fail-safe pizza dough, a classic tomato sauce and bring everything together with a selection of toppings.

Class Size:

• Maximum 20. Parts of the class will be completed individually and others in pairs. Don't worry if you book alone, we'll make sure you have someone to share the workload with.

• An apron to wear in class
• We do the washing up; you relax and focus on your cooking skills
