We’ve come up with a home-friendly version of our dough recipe for this class, and we will discuss the differences between the home pizza dough recipe and the Serious Pie pizza dough recipe.
Our teamwill show you how to make, shape, and top pizza dough. We’ll set out a wide variety of pizza toppings for you to choose from when you shape and top your own pizza.

We start this class by making pizza dough from scratch. While it proofs, we work on the toppings, and then learn to stretch it using time honored techniques, all under the watchful eye of Chef Daniel. Finally we bake the pizzas to perfection.

Pizza Making Class is offered by Kids Who Cook. In all classes, everything is very hands-on and everybody gets a chance to do a little of everything. The children are taught how to clean up and then everyone sits to eat what was made. Lets make our own dough, learn how yeast works.
These are foods kids love! So let them learn to make them for themselves. Kids ages 8 and above will have an amazing time learning how to make each recipe from scratch!
