During the course to become a pizza-chef, you'll learn to make a good dough, to make the balls, to use the oven, what about the rise and maturation, how to manipulate the balls, season the disk of pizza and optimum cooking.

During the course to become a pizza-chef, you'll learn to make a good dough, to make the balls, to use the oven, what about the rise and maturation, how to manipulate the balls, season the disk of pizza and optimum cooking.

You'll be with us every day in a popular pizzeria in London with an Italian instructor who will train you in all processes every day.

At the end of the course the student will be able to do it by himself and he may even ask for a job as assistant in a pizzeria or as a pizza-maker, it will depend on its speed and the manual skill acquired that in each case it depends from person to person.

The last day will be issued our diploma. Furthermore it's possible to have a letter of reference by our pizzeria.

 

We have different kind of pizza course: you can choose the individual course or the group course:

  • 1 week "basic level" 
  • 2 weeks "medium level" 
  • 4 weeks "professional level"
  • 8 weeks "professional level"

 

or if you are a group of friends you can choose the group course (2 to 4 students):

  • 1 week "basic level"
