We will be teaching the basics of pizza. The student attending this course will get a good amount of knowledge in the various doughs require to base the pizza in and mainly the various crust styles with the sauces and toppings. This is a basic course to make you an expert in various other skills as well like kneading, rolling, shaping and topping various pizza.

The Three types of Crust which we will covered are

Thin Crust
Classic Crust
Chicago Deep Dish Pizza

Sauces

Roasted Italian sauce
Romesco Sauce
Pesto sauce
White sauce

Toppings

Roasted Potatoes
Grilled veggies (Zucchini,Squash, mushrooms etc)
Basil oil, garlic oil
Oven dried tomatoes.

We will be covering the combination of cheese (Cheddar, feta & Gouda), Nuts and fruit (Figs, Pear etc) which will go as pizza toppings
