Like anyone else who grew up in Chicago, Chef Jen Tarantino Reyes loves Chicago-style pizza! With its deep dish gooeyness, buttery crust, and layer of seasoned sausage, no other pizza can quite compare!
Now is your chance to learn from a true pro, Scott Rivera! In this class, we’ll start by making basic, yeasted pizza dough, covering sauce, and cheese, shaping, and baking. We’ll be using both a standard home oven with pizza steel, as well as trying out the Roccbox from Gozney.
So much nicer for the home cook than pizza – these stuffed “pizzas” can be filled as you like, served hot, or frozen for down the road and easily reheated. No baking stone or brick ovens required to get an amazing calzone out of your oven!
