Real pizza dough takes a long time to prove, but don’t worry, JoJo will have some already prepared for you to bake with. Then after the class you can take your own dough home to make more delicious pizza at your leisure.
Don’t forget, kneading is hard work so bring along a nice bottle of your favourite tipple and enjoy while your pizzas are baking! To finish off this fun and relaxed workshop, you’ll get to reap the rewards of your creation as you enjoy your delicious pizza straight out of the oven.
