Learn with Master instructor Peppe Miele the secrets of real Neapolitan Pizza. You will learn how to make, stretch and shape the dough, how to fill and bake your pizza in a wood oven. Vegetarian options are also available.
Participants will work in pairs to make calzone dough from scratch, then individually to stretch, fill, and shape their calzones. Choose from a variety of sauces and toppings.
Crafting Neapolitan Pizzas Class is offered by Balboa Catering. Cooking classes include a demo from Chef Alex Garfinkel, some friendly competition as you put your lessons into action, and a family-style meal that'll leave everyone full and happy.
Pizza Making class is offered by Chef Eric's Culinary Classroom. Chef Eric’s Culinary Classroom is the best culinary school in Los Angeles. Chef Eric teaches hands-on cooking classes and gives you a technical education as a European-trained professional chef.
In this interactive class, you will learn how to make pizza dough from scratch and build your own pizza using various toppings. While the dough is resting, we will make chopped salad to enjoy with the pizza. Participants will learn how to read a recipe, weigh ingredients, and mix/knead the dough.
