Culinary Craft Workshop is a cooking classroom located in downtown Catonsville. We teach a variety of regional and ethnic classes. Working with chefs who have a passion for food and teaching, students will learn new techniques of prepping, cooking and plating dishes in small, fun and instructive classes. With spacious work areas, students will never feel cramped! At the end of the class, students will have the opportunity to taste and enjoy the prepared recipes!

We’ll learn to make both a thin crust and deep-dish pizza crust, craft sauces, and prepare toppings for this ubiquitous food as well as its culinary cousin, calzone. We’ll then spend the rest of the class making our own pizzas and calzones and eating them!
