From learning what artisan bread is, to giving a comprehensive outlook on how the yeast reacts with the environment, students are likely to become scrupulous in baking crusty, light, and delicious bread that is both gourmet and plain.
The module will also cover various shapes, the kinds of flour that are used and the flavors of the bread.
The foundation of the School of Bakery and Culinary Art was laid more than a decade ago in 2010.
