The exam pattern has been changed effective from Jan 02, 2021, but PMBOK 6 remains the same until further notification by PMI.

PMP Exam Pattern
- The new exam will cover predictive, agile, and hybrid approaches
- 50% of questions will be on the adaptive/agile approach
- 50% of questions will be on the predictive (traditional)/hybrid approaches
- There are 180- Questions; 230- minutes to complete the exam
- Two 10-minute breaks (after completing every 60 questions)
- Questions will be a combination of multiple-choice, multiple responses, matching, hotspot, and limited fill-in-the-blank.
