Course lectures are supplemented with hand-outs and additional information for self-study, study tips, list of relevant books etc. The curriculum is intensive.
Full course attendance will earn the candidate a “certificate of completion”. This certificate of completion with 35 Project Management Contact Hours fulfils one of the PMP® exam eligibility requirements for project management education.
Course Methodology
The course helps participants understand concepts and terminologies that will be used in the PMP® including the five project management process groups and the integration of the ten associated knowledge areas.
The tests & quizzes are closely aligned with the style of the PMP® exam, aimed at strengthening a candidate’s appreciation of project management principles and practice.
The reasoning for deciding the best answer from the 4 multiple choice answers will be discussed The final 3 hours of this program would include a 110 question paper* (simulating the final exam).
These questions are specially selected and arranged to help participants recall the course content, familiarity with the PMBOK® navigation (for concepts and jargon), and to confirm that they are aligned with PMI® interpretation of the project management best practices. The answers for the questions are discussed in the class.
Approximately 1-2 hours of lecture + discussion/relevant class exercises on each chapter, followed by a quick test (in the exam-style) on the topic covered.

Eligibility Requirements To Take The PMP Exam
A candidate must either attain:
A four-year degree
36 months leading projects
35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM Certification
OR
A high school diploma or an associate’s degree (or global equivalent)
60 months leading projects
35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM Certification
All project management experience must have been accumulated within the last 8 consecutive years.
Training And Exam Duration

The course deliverables shall be issued on the first day of the course during registration.
Exam: 240 minutes (4 hours) duration
The PMP exam consists of 200 multiple choice questions (175 scored and 25 pretest unscored questions). The exam is closed-book, i.e. no materials are allowed to be used.
The exam may be scheduled at a PearsonVue testing centre close to your location or select online proctored certification exams from your home or office.
