On January 2nd, 2021, PMP certification exam takers began sitting for the new PMP exam content outline, according to the calendar on PMI's website.
The PMP exam has already changed as a result of the new PMI guidelines. The PMP Exam consists of 180 questions. 230 minutes are given to complete the exam.
For computer-based tests, an additional 10-minute break can be taken, making a total of two 10-minute breaks. There are no scheduled breaks for paper-based exams.
On the PMP Exam, you'll find a mix of multiple-choice, multiple-response, matching, hotspot, and limited fill-in-the-blank questions.
The New PMP Exam Has Three Main Domains and a Weighted Average:

Emphasising the soft skills required to lead a project team effectively in today's changing environment
Process (50 percent)
Reiterating the technical aspects of project management
Business Environment (8 percent)
Emphasising the link between projects and business strategy
Predictive project management approaches will account for about half of the PMP exam, with agile or hybrid approaches accounting for the remaining half.
Predictive, agile, and hybrid approaches can be found in all three of the above-mentioned domains and are not limited to a single domain or task.
