Ontario’s health and safety laws impose substantial legal duties upon employers. To exercise due diligence employers must fulfill both general duty provisions as well as specific legal training requirements.
Construction Zones are ever present in our province. Workers and the public must be protected against the hazards created by equipment and/or vehicles.
We don’t rely on cookie-cutter formats. Our joint health and safety committee course utilizes documents and procedures from your business to tailor the training sessions to your individual needs. This allows you to apply knowledge to actual situations faced at work.
