Today, the biggest problem on your desk is ​mental health at work.  A staggering 70 million work days are lost each year in the UK.  One of our current partnership organisations is an NHS Trust. 

We are providing a range of resilience courses open to patients and staff for the maintenance of good mental health, based at Glenfield Hospital. In addition to traditional training methods we use techniques to facilitate effective change in delegates - we are not satisfied teaching information - you must see a change. 

You can use our Personal Coaching - it's like race tuning your car then getting much greater performance. Clients often make a massive change in one session. We have First Aid training, enhanced police checks and comprehensive insurances.

Meet Kash, our lead Coach, Trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP.  Kash has spent many years assessing behaviours and competencies for Police HR  in live scenarios.  He has many other facets; 6-linguist, previous media and TV work, sits on charity boards, teaches English & Salsa and rides a retro Vespa.

Our Business Manager and Trainer has a degree in Business & Finance (1st class Hons) and a background in both private and public sector management.
