The holder of this licence would share the same airspace as all the major Airlines and other Aviators within that specific region.
A PPL (Private Pilot Licence) is a fully fledged aviation Licence which entitles the holder to fly an Aircraft on which he is certified on for business or pleasure. The holder of this licence would share the same airspace as all the major Airlines and other Aviators within that specific region.
The holder of a PPL may not sell tickets for transporting passengers and may not fly for remuneration, the applicability of the certification is for private use and excludes commercial operations.
The privileges of a PPL may be exercised in day time only and when VMC (Visual Meteorological Conditions) are observed, this is mainly due to the fact that visual reference is required at all times to steer the Aircraft and keep it in the attitude the pilot requires and of course to be able to Navigate effectively by using ground base features as waypoints.
The level of responsibility remains exactly the same as with any Pilot in any form of Aviation.
