The purpose of this course is to equip participants with a fundamental grasp of modern project management, by diving deep into the PRINCE2® project management method.

It also aims to assist participants in their preparation for the PRINCE2® Foundation examination and includes a web proctored exam voucher as part of the course fee.

This course is aligned with the 7th Edition syllabus by PeopleCert, with continued focus on the traditional challenges of project management and awareness for today’s environment in which projects are conducted, with a people-centric approach and new project management approaches (Change Management Approach, Commercial Management Approach, Sustainability Management Approach and Data Management Approach).

Exam Information

This course leads to the PRINCE2®7 Foundation Exam. A web proctored exam voucher is included in course fee and has a term of 12 months. You will need to schedule your exam within this time frame.
