Mindfulness attention training is one of the most powerful, clinically proven antidotes to stress and anxiety.

Mindfulness attention training has also shown to have a positive impact on feelings of panic, trauma obsessive thoughts and compulsions, attention deficit, depression and many other conditions.

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a relaxed, focused awareness of one`s thoughts, feelings and actions. It`s easy to learn and can be adapted to any lifestyle, however busy.

When you attend practical mindfulness you`ll learn practical, easy to understand skills to help you feel more relaxed, less stressed, more focused and more energised, as well as a range of other health benefits.

You`ll also learn some of the science and thinking behind the mindfulness process and as you begin to understand  those processes you`ll soon be able to create your own personal mindfulness processes  to suit your own particular lifestyle in fact, within the first hour you`ll learn skills you can use for the rest of your life.
