DurationThis programme introduces students to basic Floor Barre exercises, developing core muscles and overall flexibility and strength. Lessons focus on establishing concentration and dance memory, coordination, musical and rhythm awareness – all in a fun learning environment.
Our mission is to inspire each of our students to achieve their own ballet dream. We pass on our knowledge, expertise and the Vaganova ballet technique, ensuring each student has thorough training in Russian ballet and dance. Taking the expertise into their dance technique and their everyday lives.

Ballet & Contemporary Course is Offered by The Beat Dance Studio.
Modern dance emerged in the early 20th century when young dancers in Europe rebelled against the rigid constraints of Classical Ballet.
Toddler Ballet Dance Classes are offered by M.E. Dance Academy. Toddler classes available every Saturday morning.
Adult ballet is predominantly designed for adults of all ages and abilities. Whether you have absolutely no prior training, or have years of dance experience, we have the perfect class for you. Rekindle your love for dance.
Classical ballet classes are taught using the world leading Royal Academy of Dance syllabus.
