Upon course completion students must be able to demonstrate the following:
Personal awareness and knowledge of health and safety legislative requirements
Identify and orally report common construction hazards
Understanding of basic risk control measures
Ability to identify procedures for responding to potential incidents and emergencies
Select and fit common personal protective equipment used for construction work
