This course is designed to provide international professionals with essential practical persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills for the Canadian workplace. Participants will develop a solid understanding of the role and value of effective public speaking in the workplace.
By the end of the course, the participants will possess skills needed for designing and delivering persuasive presentations. Additionally, successful participants will learn and demonstrate effective networking and self advocating skills through interactive, workplace-related activities.
By the end of this course, participants will have acquired and practiced skills for designing and delivering persuasive and impactful presentations. Participants will explore cultural influences on business negotiations and develop a solid understanding about the role and value of effective public speaking.
In addition to persuasive writing and negotiating skills, successful participants will also learn and demonstrate effective networking and self-advocating skills through interactive, workplace-related activities.

In this course, you will learn to organize your ideas to create coherent and convincing oral presentations, while also utilizing available visual aids and using public-speaking techniques to strengthen your delivery.
