The Gregory Academy Of Irish Dance is Canberra's Northside Irish dance school established in 1983.
Irish dancing classes are taught in Belconnen and are available for all ages (2.5+) and for all skill levels - from beginners to open championship. Our dance classes cater for fun and fitness, performance and competition, solo and team dancing in a friendly, caring, family orientated and safe environment.
Enrolments are taken any time throughout the year.
Irish dance, both soft and hard shoe, is a group of traditional dance forms originating from Ireland, encompassing dancing both solo and in groups. Popularised by shows such as Lord of the Dance and Riverdance, Irish dancing is dynamic, energetic and fun for all ages.Â
This class is for our Senior Championship dancers who will compete in State, National and International Championships, as well as local competitions and grade exams.
