It can be used to plan, manage and execute projects with an unlimited number of target plans. It optimizes role-specific functionality to unlimited resources, responsibilities, and skills.

Objectives:

This course aims to enable professionals to understand Project Management by Oracle Primavera P6 on Client interface. Project schedules can be defined in a detailed manner with resource assignments to activities to analyse overallocation of resources. This would enable Project progress tracking using Earned Value Analysis to generate S-Curves and reports.

This course aims in practically equipping professionals to understand different aspects of project management as per the standards of PMI.
