Primavera P6 Planning Essentials

Primavera P6 is the software that facilitates the planning and programming purposes to meet the contractual requirements of the Owner’s projects in Singapore.

This software allows you to plan, schedule, and control large-scale programs and projects, with the option for Project Managers to coordinate costs, monitor status and progress updates with team members.

Primavera allows the creation of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Network Logic Diagram and the Resource Leveling. Users can also create more than one type of relationship between activities.

Course Description:

This course is suitable for learners who wish to develop competent skills in using Primavera P6 to establish the Program schedule for construction projects.

Learners will understand the planning fundamentals of using Primavera P6 and the basic Program Scheduler workflow which includes Project Management schedule, Resource Leveling, Schedule Optimization, Control & Monitoring and Progress Tracking.
