PRINCE2

PRINCE2, which stands for Projects IN Controlled Environments, is a comprehensive and robust processed-based project management methodology that is easy to follow and applied in real world projects. It is the de-facto standard developed and used extensively in the UK as well as worldwide.

PRINCE2 is the most widely accepted methods for managing projects in Europe, Australia and Canada, and it is rapidly gaining strengths in Asia, specifically China PRINCE2 embodies established and proven best practice in project management.

It is a method that is business-driven, scalable and applicable to any kind of project. Various surveys have found that organizations that adopted the PRINCE2 are better able to manage the constraints of Scope, Quality, Cost and Schedule; and achieve greater customer satisfaction and benefits.

The course will provide delegates with a comprehensive and practical understanding of the PRINCE2 project management method, and help prepare delegates for the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Examinations.

The Practitioner exams can only be taken after you have passed the Foundation exams. PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner certifications are highly desirable and can boost your project management career. Both qualifications are regulated and can only be issued by the APMG-International Professional Body in UK.

The course follows the format and syllabus issued by Project Performance Consulting (UK), which is a PRINCE2 Approved Training Organization by APMG. It focuses on the PRINCE2framework and how it might be applied effectively to real projects.
