PRINCE2® Foundation Training

This PRINCE2® Foundation course will ensure that you gain an understanding of the PRINCE2® principles, PRINCE2® terminology.The PRINCE2® Foundation qualification is the first part of the full PRINCE2® qualification which is required in order to become a PRINCE2® Practitioner.

PRINCE2®, an acronym for Projects IN Controlled Environments, is a project management methodology that promotes productivity and maximal efficiency - through following an established and proven process-driven framework. The PRINCE2® Foundation training course has been designed to measure the delegate and whether or not they have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the PRINCE2® method.
