Aims and Objectives

This course is designed to teach you the more detailed concepts of Project Management to the Prince2 standard. It will expand on the project management knowledge you gained in the Prince2 Foundation course and provides a deeper insight into the methodology.

The Practitioner course will detail the relationships between the Processes. Themes and Principles of PRINCE2 and the reasons behind them.

The PRINCE2 Practitioner Examination (included with the course) should be scheduled within 180 days of purchase, after which your exam coucher will expire. Please speak to a Course Advisor for further information.

• The Prince2 Foundation certification.
