Course Details

Looking to share the freedom of flight with family and friends? The PPL allows you to do cross-country trips, add ratings to your license (night rating, IFR, etc), as well as converting your qualifications to meet the standards set forth by other countries.

Our excellent flight training program and ground school program make it possible for you to soar to even greater heights.

Transport Canada Requirements:

Minimum of 45 hours flight-time.
Minimum 40 hours of ground school.
Flight test administered by Transport Canada
Must complete Transport Canada’s written exam (60% on PPAER)
The Private Pilot Licence does not permit international students to obtain their student visa as regulated by the Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration from the Government of Canada, as the duration of the Private Pilot Licence does not exceed 6 months.
The Private Pilot Licence is not a part of the Professional Pilot Program EWA.19 approved by the Ministère de l’Enseignement Superieure of Québec, and does not include an Attestation of Collegiate Studies (ACS).

Our students are from all over the world, and we help them in their search for accommodation to make their flight training memorable. We offer several planes and 2 simulators for our students to develop real-world experience.

Our Professional Aircraft Pilot ACS program is offered in a full time format and moreover our professional and passionate flight instructors are dedicated to their success.

Similarly, our admissions department can help provide the necessary support for our students to succeed.Additionally, our students registered in the AEC program are eligible for loans from Aide Financière aux Études .

In addition to AFE loans and bursaries, students receive a federal T2202 and Provincial Releve 8 for income tax purposes.
