Target Audience
The typical students of this course will be managers, supervisors, or team leaders who need to learn effective business writing.
We all know what good writing is. It’s the novel we can’t put down, the poem we never forgot, and the speech that changes the way we look at the world. Good writing is the memo that gets action and the letter that says what a phone call can’t.
The report writing course includes the structuring of reports from short memo to lengthy formal reports.
The course is designed for prospective full-time students who have not gained access to Faculty of Business National Diploma offerings and those who do not meet specific entry requirements for certain ND offerings.
Etiquette encompasses the prescriptive elements of culture – the things people are expected to do and say, or to avoid doing and saying.
By attending this course delegates will be able to present themselves in a professional manner in direct conversations and other platforms, and learn the use of verbal and non-verbal cues, as well as identify current local behaviours connected to speaking and have the techniques to address them
