Course Overview

In this course, students will be introduced to current cloud computing concepts, the main components of the cloud computing environment and service-based oriented architectures.

Through these concepts, they will be able to appreciate and understand the differences between the various cloud platforms in use today. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to construct accurate cloud architecture models for the implementation of a relevant cloud service.

This course consists of six (6) modules, which can be completed at your own pace. Students will have six (6) weeks to complete the course. The estimated time to complete the course is 25 hrs in total.

During the course there is the opportunity for discussions with other learners, creating a community of practice and peer-supported development.
