We encourage self-directed, active and student-centred learning, helping you to draw from your own experience. The theoretical elements of this degree draw on the latest practice developments arising from research and other current literature.
Using the work-based knowledge and experience you have already developed, this course will provide you with additional skills that you will can integrate into your professional practice and care for people more effectively.
Modules include: Clinical & Professional Leadership in Health & Social Care; Research Design; Workplace Learning; Advanced Communication and Supportive Relationships; Work-Based Learning in Professional Development in Health and Social Care (Double).
You will also undertake a final dissertation.
Entry requirements
You must hold a Diploma of Higher Education (DipHE), Foundation Degree, HND or equivalent qualification. International Qualifications can be considered on an individual basis with equivalency testing.
