I’m a Masters qualified coach (MA in Coaching with Distinction), EMCC accredited coach at Senior Practitioner Level, member of the Association for Coaching and an independent business and organisational consultant with 25+ years experience in senior roles in retail and airport industries. I’ve been junior and senior in all sizes of businesses, started my own and supported my partner to do the same.

I ‘get it’, I know how it feels.

My clients are mainly D and C Suite (or equivalent in smaller businesses). I provide a confidential safe space and calm oasis for you to step out of your busy life and spend some time on YOU and your personal growth.

I had a successful career for 20 years in the competitive realms of retail and airports, holding senior commercial positions in organisations like M&S and several UK airports. I was often the only woman in very male-dominated fields, working hard, tipped for exec positions and enjoying all the trimmings.

Then at around 39 I reached a breaking point and made the brave decision to step off this ladder.  I was burnt out, frazzled, emotionally exhausted and when I stopped - I totally unexpectedly fell apart a wee bit - burnout well and truly got me when I stopped.

Unbeknownst to the external world I had been masking the scars of a traumatic chaotic childhood, and this was unexpectedly bubbling to the surface screaming for attention. As I began to put myself back together, I delved into lots self-help practices, coaching, and therapy to confront my past and begin building Gill 2.0.
