Professional Sales

Professional Sales, a DVS program, teaches students how to promote products and services. It provides students with skills that help them deal with customers effectively and educates them on the use of computer technology.

Professional relationships, time management, after-sale service and the laws and regulations that govern sales are key areas of the program content

Professional Sales prepares students to work as retail sales consultants in varied retail establishments such as furniture, household appliances, electronic equipment and clothing, to name a few.

As sales consultants, students will work directly with consumers to determine customer needs and to offer appropriate advice and solutions to meet customer expectations and establish customer loyalty.
