Business Administration is the study of the overall running of a business. It includes all aspects of overseeing and supervising business operations, as well as related fields which include accounting, finance, project management and marketing.
Aims to keep Managers abreast with the latest management standards and practices. It also equips a manager with relevant knowledge to execute their functional responsibilities.
The scope of generic management covers five domains: leadership, managing the environment, managing relations, managing knowledge and the practice of management.
