Project Management (Bachelor Degree)

Attention will be given to the performance measurement in all Project investments. This course takes into consideration while providing Projects the relationship between cognition, behavior, and result of the various Projects.

The course introduces to students the importance of an effective Project Management system in helping organizations define and achieve long-term and short-term Project goals. It explains and reinforces the concept that Project Management is not a one-time event, but an ongoing process of planning, facilitating, assessing, and improving individual and organizational performance by providing Projects.
