Our courses will teach you the fundamentals of project management with a hands-on approach. Learn about key project management principles and tools by applying them to a real-world project scenario throughout each course. You can complement these skills with our Microsoft Project courses.
Courses include real-time support from a facilitator, small groups, hands-on training, and support available for six months after the course.

Project Management Principles and Practices, Level 1
In this course, learn the foundations of project management, why projects tend to fail, and what techniques can help you combat these causes. You will get the right tools to effectively define and plan a project, with practical examples on setting clear goals and objectives to organize, schedule, and budget to make sure you are ready to manage a project.
