Led by a project management expert, you will take part in live virtual workshops, combined with action learning and simulations designed to help you set your project teams up for success.
Over three weeks, you will take part in online learning and live workshops. You will utilise The AGSM Navigator, a custom-built platform designed to work with your existing social and communication tools like Zoom.

Explore the trade-off between time, cost, and scope to optimise performance and team productivity
Diagnose an in-flight project to assess its health and apply learnings to improve its chances of success
