This Certificate, which can be used towards the 35 hours of project management education/training requirement for PMP applicants, will teach you emerging practices in traditional and Agile project management delivery, how to engage and manage multiple stakeholders, the foundations of product ownership, and how to identify and mitigate risks.

  • In 2021, only 55% of all projects were completed on time. The remaining projects experienced scope creep, went over budget, or were deemed a total failure (PMI 2021 Pulse of the Profession Report). As organizations reimagine the post-pandemic future, project managers must embrace new ways of working, which will require rapid upskilling and reskilling of project management competencies.

Courses align to the PMP exam and students take both the Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) and Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO1) certification exams to help them land lucrative project management jobs or roles.
