Project Management (Intro)

An introductory course to Project Management Professional (PMP)® Course, taught by a certified (PMP®) professional with five years of project management experience.

This course is designed for working professionals who are considering taking up the Project Management Professional (PMP)® Course and want to learn more about the content that they are expected to learn during the course, the amount of time and work required to devote to the course (during course and post-course), with the eventual aim of attaining the globally-recognised PMP® certification.

The key points of each of the 5 process groups and 10 knowledge areas that are the fundamentals to the Project Management Professional (PMP)® Course will be taught. This will allow participants to have a sound idea of the concepts that have to be grasped.

First-hand exam preparation tips will also be shared (how to prepare for the exam, what to expect on the day of the exam, do's and don'ts during exam day).

At the end of the course, participants will have a clearer idea of what is expected of them if they commit to the Project Management Professional (PMP)® Course and decide whether they are ready to take on the course.

• Suggested study timeline to prepare for certification exam 2 months after completion of Project Management Professional (PMP)® course
• First-hand exam tips that would be useful in helping participants successfully attain their Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification, including exam test structure
